What is the Phoenix Self-Protection System (PSS)? What is the purpose of PSS?

I have never taken martial arts nor am I very athletic, should I attend this workshop?
Yes, Yes, Yes! The workshop is intended for the non-martial and/or non-athletic. The purpose of the self-protection system is to teach you awareness, keeping you out of harmís way. It also teaches you how to defend yourself from an assailant.

I have not attended any of the modules, but I would like to attend the boot camp?
The boot camps are for those who have attended at least one workshop/module. The boot camps are designed to be an intense review of previously discussed self-protection topics.

How often are the boot camps?
The boot camps take place once a month. However, you can always request a private session.

What should I wear to the workshop?
Come dress in your most confortable workout clothes. We want you to be comfortable when during the training session. Module 1 is all stand-up tactics; however module 2 is ground work.

Is there a danger of me getting hurt?
Injuries are always possible when participating in any physical activities. However, the course was designed to provide a high level of safety. Each participant can dictate the intensity of the training. We also offer private session for those individual who really want to test their ability to protect themselves from various attacks.

Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, private sessions are available for anyone interested in personalized 1-on-1 training or small groups sessions.

What age group do you teach?
Ages 10 and up can greatly benefit from the self-protection workshops.

What is your refund policy?
You may receive a refund up to 7 day before the workshop. There may be a $25 cancellation fee.
